ROMWrites is an online creative writing workshop series offered by the Royal Ontario Museum and InkWell Workshops.
These self-guided workshops incorporate objects and stories from the ROM’s permanent collections to inspire reflection, connection and creativity. Writers will be able to work through the PowerPoint lessons at their own pace, while community leaders can use our facilitator guide to hold sessions for small groups.
From May 25 to August 4, online lessons will be posted every second Monday at 12 pm, with a special live Communities Create workshop on July 6. Leanne will respond to questions and shared pieces in the comments section throughout the week. Writers will also have the option to share their writing below or on social media, tagging @InkWellW on Twitter and @inkwellworkshops on Instagram.
